Our Caring Staff
Born and bred in Kansas City, she has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from Avila University. Mariann has worked in the animal care industry for 4 years as a practice manager. Prior to joining our team, she worked in the accounting/finance field in both the public and private sectors. Her love for animals brought her to Oak Park, our ‘Animals First’ philosophy and our staff dedication convinced her to come and join our team. She is a dedicated animal advocate and has 2 dogs and 2 cats of her own.
Samantha Gooch, a native of Australia, moved to Kansas in 2003. After getting a Degree in Economics from The University of New England she worked in the private sector for many years. Samantha decided to pursue her true passion, anmimal care, and trained as a Vet Tech. Samantha brings to us a love for animals and a uncomprimising standard of care. Samantha has 3 dogs, 3 cats, 1 husband and 2 kids.
