Regular Grooming

Regular Grooming: Regular Grooming is important to stimulate healthy skin and coat. For the non-shedding breeds, it is essential that they be groomed on a regular basis so that they don’t become matted and cause skin problems. For those breeds that shed, it’s a good idea to have them bathed on a regular basis to keep the skin clean and healthy.
In addition, it is recommended that all dogs have their nails trimmed every 6-8 weeks so that the quicks don’t grow out too long. When that happens, the only way to get the nails back to a manageable level is to sedate the animal and cut the nails back. A little prevention is worth a pound of cure!
